We strive to present the most accurate representation of our products through the color photographs displayed on our website, but please note that actual features and colors may differ slightly from what you see on your screen due to variations in displays.

We make every effort to maintain accurate stock levels, but availability of items is subject to change. If an item you have ordered is not available at the time of dispatch, we will promptly refund your payment.

Out of Stock

Please note that the actual stock quantity at the time of picking your order may differ from the stock quantity at the time of your order placement.

As a result, if an item or a few items are out of stock, we will still pack and send the remainder of your order. We will also credit your credit card for the out-of-stock items.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver throughout New Zealand, with shipping rates calculated according to the delivery location and the size of your order.

Standard Delivery
North Island: $8
South Island: $16
Orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Oversize Delivery
Large or bulky products may require our oversize delivery service. Oversize delivery charges are separate from standard shipping and remain payable even when the order value is $150 or more.

North Island Oversize Rates
Small: $79
Medium: $109
Large: $139

South Island Oversize Rates
Small: $105
Medium: $155
Large: $215

The applicable delivery rate will be shown at checkout based on the products in your cart and your delivery location.

Some exceptionally large items, multiple oversize items, rural addresses, or locations outside our standard oversize delivery network may require a separate freight quote. If this applies to your order, our team will contact you before dispatch.

Delivery Times
Standard delivery is generally 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary for rural addresses, oversize items and during peak Christmas periods.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing the tracking number for your delivery.

In case you did not receive or lost your tracking number, please reach out to our customer service team at onlineshop@twodollarthings.co.nz, and we will assist you promptly.
